Live dealer games vs. RNG

So I’ve been playing online casino games for a while now, and I keep going back and forth between live dealer games and RNG-based games. Each has its pros and cons, but I can’t decide which one I trust more.

RNG (Random Number Generator) Games

  • Super fast—no waiting for dealers or other players.
  • Convenient for slots, blackjack, roulette, and other table games.
  • Audited by third parties (supposedly), but how much do we actually know about the algorithms?
  • I’ve had streaks where I win big, but also times where it feels like the system “knows” when to take my money back. 😅
Live Dealer Games

  • Feels more transparent because you can actually see the cards being dealt or the roulette wheel spinning.
  • You get that real casino vibe, especially when chatting with the dealers.
  • Some games (like live blackjack) allow basic strategy, which I love, but dealers always seem to pull a 20 or 21 at the worst times. 🤨
  • Slower than RNG games, but maybe that’s better for bankroll management?

I personally enjoy live dealer games more, but I keep RNG games in the mix for variety. What about you? Do you trust one over the other? And do you think some casinos rig the RNG more than they should? Let’s hear some real experiences!

Indeed, that’s quite logical. Live dealer games offer transparency, but RNG is independently tested. Casinos have no need to ‘rig’ them—they already have the house edge.

Oh yes, I totally agree! But sometimes those RNG games feel sus, like they KNOW when to hit you. 😂

RNG is fun but iffy sometimes. Live dealer feels more real, but man, some of those dealers have insane luck. 😂

I must disagree, and here’s why: Just because you ‘see’ the dealer doesn’t mean it’s more fair. House edge is house edge, no matter how it’s delivered.

RNG games are math-driven, but live dealers provide a psychological edge—it just feels fairer even if the odds stay the same.

Doesn’t quite do it for me. At least with live dealers, there’s no weird RNG streaks where you lose 10 hands in a row outta nowhere.

Yeah, I’m with you! RNG feels cold sometimes, like it’s programmed to drain your bankroll after a few wins.

I respectfully disagree with that strategy. Live dealers add a layer of trust. You can see the cards, the shuffle, the whole process.
